PUBLIC NOTICE

It is informed to the general public that Tejveer Sharma, S/o Somdas Sharma, R/o Village Smalsar, District Moga, is availing a loan from Aadhaar Housing Finance Ltd. (Ref No. 301062236) against property bearing Vasika No. 2025-26/140/1/446 dated 16-12-2025. The previous Sale Deed (Registry) of the said property, executed in favor of Somdatt Sharma, S/o Baru Ram (Vasika No. 2025-26/140/1/333 dated 25-09-2025) has been lost. A DDR No. 721332/2026 has been lodged regarding the loss. If any person/institution has any objection or claim regarding this loan or property, they must contact the undersigned in writing within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
