ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, 27 ਮਈ- ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਐਮ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ‘ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।’ ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਯੂਯੂ ਲਲਿਤ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੈਂਚ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਫੀਸ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਕਿ ਵੋਟ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਐਮ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਬੈਂਚ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਟਾ ਕੱਢਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 27 ਮਈ (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਾਇਮਜ਼ ਬਿਊਰੋ)- ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਨਿਚਰਵਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੱਖੜ ਆ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ 70 ਤੋਂ 80 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਘੰਟਾ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਚੱਲਣਗੀਆਂ ਜੋ 90 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਈ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਗੜ੍ਹੇਮਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ 25 ਮਈ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤਿ ਦੀ ਗਰਮੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਰ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਖਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ
ਮਹਿਮਦਾਬਾਦ, 27 ਮਈ (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼)- ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕੋਸਟ ਗਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਐਂਟੀ-ਟੈਰੋਰਿਸਟ ਸਕੁਐਡ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਤੱਟ ਨੇੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਜਹਾਜ਼ (ਮਾਲਵਾਹਕ ਜਹਾਜ਼) ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 115 ਕਿਲੋ ਕੋਕੀਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 1,150 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ 25 ਅਤੇ 26 ਮਈ ਦੀ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਏਟੀਐਸ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਮੇਰਿਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਇੱਕ ਖਾਸ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਏਟੀਐਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਆਈਸੀਜੀ (937) ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ (ਜਿੱਥੇ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਰੁਕੇ ਹਨ) ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਰਚ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਥੋਂ
‘ਐਮਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸ’ ਵਜੋਂ ਪਛਾਣੇ ਗਏ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਛਾਪੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਓਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਲਾਹਲਾਹ ਪੋਰਟ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਹਿਲ ਦੀ ਦੁਬਈ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਾਂਝੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਬੈਗ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਈਸੀਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਏਟੀਐਸ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਵੱਲ ਰੁਖ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਵਿਜ਼ੀਬਿਲਟੀ (ਧੁੰਦ/ਹਨੇਰੇ) ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜ ਬੈਗ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕਰ ਲਏ। ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੈਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਬੈਗ ਦੇ ਪੈਕਟਾਂ ਦੇ 115 ਪੈਕਟ ਮਿਲੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਦਾ ਵਜ਼ਨ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਲੋ ਸੀ।
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, 27 ਮਈ (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਬਿਊਰੋ)- ਈਡੀ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ 46 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਮਨੀ ਲਾਂਡਰਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲ-ਫਲਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਸਵਾਦ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਸਿੱਦੀਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਟ ਦਾਖਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਲ-ਫਲਾਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਦੋਂ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਜਮਾਣਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਈਟ-ਕਾਲਰ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਈ.ਡੀ. ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਸਾਕਤ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੀ.ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਦੀਕੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਤਰਬੀਅਤ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਿਨੋਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਮੇਸ਼ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਦਾਖਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਇੰਫਾਲ, 27 ਮਈ (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਾਇਮਜ਼ ਬਿਊਰੋ)- ਮਣੀਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਅਭਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਚਾਰ ਉਗਰਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸੇਨਾਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਫਾਲ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਕਚਿੰਗ ਮਖੂਆ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਉਗਰਵਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਪਾਬੰਦੀਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਪੀਪਲਸ ਲਿਬਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਰਮੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਵੈ-ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ‘ਕੈਪਟਨ’ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਫਾਲ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਫਾਮਰੋਮਾ ਮਥਿਬੁਮ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੇਨਾਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਥੋਬਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਮੋਇਰੰਗ ਕਮਿਊਨੀਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਪਲਸ ਲਿਬਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਨ.ਆਰ.ਐਫ.ਐਮ. ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਥੋਬਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਬੰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਓਪੀਅਮ ਪੰਜ ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਆਈ.ਈ.ਡੀ. (954) ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬਣੀਆਂ ਬੰਦੂਕਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਚੂਰਾਚਾਂਦਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਹੋਰਾਂਟ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੇਂਗਲੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਇੱਕ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੋ ਹੈਂਡਗ੍ਰੇਨੇਡ, ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸਫੋਟਕ ਉਪਕਰਣ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਸਖਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ, 25 ਮਈ, (ਦਵਾਰਕਾ ਨਾਥ ਰਾਣਾ)- ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ 23 ਅਤੇ 24 ਮਈ, 2026 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਨੂ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ 9ਵੀਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਤਾਈਕਵਾਂਡੋ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ 2026 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਡੀ.ਆਰ. ਮਾਡਰਨ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਸੋਨ ਤਗਮੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਝੂਮ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਹਨਤ, ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਹ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ।ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਐਮਡੀ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਪਠਾਨੀਆ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੋਨ ਤਗਮੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਜਵਲ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।”

Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today condemned the repeated hike in the prices of petrol and diesel, saying the Modi government was stealing money and picking the pockets of common people across the country and that too when crude prices had fallen in the international market and oil companies were making huge profits.
Referring to the latest hike in fuel prices, Warring said fuel prices have been increased by about Rs 7.5 per litre in recent days, while accusing the Modi government of doing it “stealthily” by increasing prices in a piece-meal manner.
He pointed out that in just 10 days, the BJP government has increased petrol and diesel prices for the fourth time, terming it “not governance, but systematic inflation imposed on people.”
The PCC president questioned why the government needed to increase fuel prices when global crude oil prices had declined and oil companies were already earning huge profits. “Instead of giving relief to the people, the Modi government is fleecing citizens and extorting money from them through repeated hikes,” he remarked.
Warring noted that petrol has become costlier by over Rs 7.5 per litre in less than two weeks, while diesel has witnessed a similar increase, asking how the middle class, farmers, transporters, small traders, daily wage earners, and youth were expected to survive such an economic burden.
He pointed out that petrol prices in Delhi have crossed Rs 102 per litre (Rs 102.12), while diesel has reached Rs 95.20 per litre, with rates being even higher in several metro cities.
He added that the latest hike alone increased petrol prices by Rs 2.61 per litre and diesel by Rs 2.71 per litre.
“Every increase in fuel prices directly impacts transportation costs, vegetables, milk, groceries, and every essential commodity. This is not merely a fuel crisis — this is an inflation crisis affecting every household,” he observed.
Warring said when petrol and diesel become expensive, every household budget collapses. “A farmer pays more for transportation and agricultural operations, a worker pays more to commute, and ordinary families are forced to spend more on daily groceries and essentials,” he said.

Punjab is significantly strengthening high-risk maternal and neonatal healthcare through the Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana, ensuring that complicated deliveries and critical newborn care are accessible to families without financial burden. A major study based on India’s National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) survey found that nearly one in every two pregnancies in the country is high-risk. Factors such as poor education, poverty, short gaps between pregnancies, previous birth complications and caesarean deliveries increase dangers for both mother and baby. Researchers say women from vulnerable backgrounds face the highest risks, highlighting the urgent need for stronger maternal healthcare and awareness programmes. The Sehat Card has emerged as a critical support mechanism for women requiring surgical intervention during childbirth due to complications such as prolonged labour, maternal health conditions, fetal distress and previous cesarean deliveries. According to official data received from the State Health Agency (SHA), as on May 25, a total of 7,300 maternity and neonatal care cases were treated under the scheme with expenditure amounting to 7.04 crore. Of these, 5,300 were high-risk caesarean deliveries accounting for ?6.37 crore, reflecting the growing role of the scheme in supporting high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric care across Punjab. Speaking about personal experience, benefici-ary Deepika, a 28-year-old woman from Patiala who faced pregnancy complications including anaemia, shares that she underwent a successful caesarean delivery fully cov-ered under the Sehat Card. Her husband Manoj shared that they were very happy that the procedures went smoothly and stress.
