Punjab is significantly strengthening high-risk maternal and neonatal healthcare through the Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana, ensuring that complicated deliveries and critical newborn care are accessible to families without financial burden. A major study based on India’s National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) survey found that nearly one in every two pregnancies in the country is high-risk. Factors such as poor education, poverty, short gaps between pregnancies, previous birth complications and caesarean deliveries increase dangers for both mother and baby. Researchers say women from vulnerable backgrounds face the highest risks, highlighting the urgent need for stronger maternal healthcare and awareness programmes. The Sehat Card has emerged as a critical support mechanism for women requiring surgical intervention during childbirth due to complications such as prolonged labour, maternal health conditions, fetal distress and previous cesarean deliveries. According to official data received from the State Health Agency (SHA), as on May 25, a total of 7,300 maternity and neonatal care cases were treated under the scheme with expenditure amounting to 7.04 crore. Of these, 5,300 were high-risk caesarean deliveries accounting for ?6.37 crore, reflecting the growing role of the scheme in supporting high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric care across Punjab. Speaking about personal experience, benefici-ary Deepika, a 28-year-old woman from Patiala who faced pregnancy complications including anaemia, shares that she underwent a successful caesarean delivery fully cov-ered under the Sehat Card. Her husband Manoj shared that they were very happy that the procedures went smoothly and stress.

ਫਿਲੌਰ, 25 ਮਈ (ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ)- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈ ਰਹੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗਰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੀਟ ਵੇਵ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਹੈਲਥ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਬੜਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਐਡਵਾਈਜ਼ਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਅਫਸਰ ਡਾ. ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗਰਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੀਟ ਸਟ੍ਰੋਕ, ਡੀਹਾਈਡ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ, ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ, ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 3 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਲੋੜ ਘਰੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਾ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਰਲ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਅਫਸਰ ਡਾ. ਮਮਤਾ ਗੌਤਮ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀਣ, ORS, ਨਿੰਬੂ ਪਾਣੀ, ਲੱਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਤਰਲ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਲਕੇ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਤੀ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨੇ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਧੁੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਜਾਂ ਦਸਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਤਰਬੂਜ, ਖੀਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਲ ਵੱਧ ਖਾਧੇ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਨਾ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਡਾ. ਮਮਤਾ ਗੌਤਮ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਬੁਖਾਰ, ਚੱਕਰ ਆਉਣਾ, ਉਲਟੀ, ਘਬਰਾਹਟ, ਬੇਹੋਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਂ ਸਾਹ ਲੈਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਲੀਫ ਵਰਗੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਹੀਟ ਵੇਵ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀਆਂ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।

Punjab Congress president and Ludhiana MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today expressed serious concern over the bomb threats issued to the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation and renowned singer Diljit Dosanjh, saying these incidents expose the complete collapse of law and order under the Bhagwant Mann government. Warring said Punjab today is witness-ing an atmosphere of fear and insecurity, where repeated bomb threats, selective killings of policemen, and criminal incidents have become disturbingly frequent. “If even police personnel are being targeted and public institutions are receiving bomb threats, what sense of security can an ordinary citi-zen have?” he asked.

He pointed out that the latest threat has reportedly been claimed by the so-called ‘Khalistan National Army’, while the recent killing of an ASI in Amritsar was allegedly claimed by ‘Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan’, raising alarming questions about Punjab’s internal security situation. “The Bhagwant Mann govern-ment appears to be sleeping while Punjab’s law and order deteriorates with every pass-ing day. Governance cannot be run through advertise-ments and social media videos while people live under fear,” Warring remarked. Referring to earlier incidents, including the killings of police-men in Gurdaspur and repeat-ed security threats across the state, Warring said these are no longer isolated incidents but signs of a growing security crisis that the state govern-ment has failed to address.

As the decisive ‘Gangstran Te Vaar’ campaign enters its 125th day, Punjab Police on Monday conducted 519 raids at identified and mapped locations linked to associates of gangsters across the state. As per the information, the “Gangstran Te Vaar”— a decisive war to make Punjab a gangster-free state was launched by the Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav on January 20, 2026. Police teams from all the districts in coordi- nation with Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) Punjab have been conducting special oper- ations across the state. On Day 125, Police teams arrested 258 individuals held with nine weapons, taking the total arrests to 31,957 since the launch of the campaign. Apart from this, preventive action has been taken against 92 per- sons, whereas, 22 persons were verified and released after questioning. People can anonymously report informa- tion related to wanted crimi- nals and gangsters, and also share tips on crime and crimi- nal activity, through the Anti- Gangster Helpline number 93946-93946. Meanwhile, Police teams have continued its drive against drugs “Yudh Nashian Virudh” for 450th day with 50 drug smugglers arrest- ed today and recovered 1.5 kg heroin, 580 intoxicant tablets/capsules and Rs 1050 drug money from their posses- sion. With this, the number of total drug smugglers arrested has reached to 65,481 in just 450 days.

Sitarist Anoushka Shankar has revealed that an awkward fan encounter reminded her of past abuse and left her thinking about why she still finds it difficult to maintain personal boundaries. The Grammy-nominated artist, who is the daughter of sitarist Ravi Shankar, opened up in 2013 about being sexually abused as a child by a man her parents trusted.

In a post on Sunday, Shankar, 44, said the latest fan encounter left her conflicted.

“A man picked me up last weekend. I mean, physically lifted me. He asked if he could, but didn’t wait for an answer before I found myself suspended in the air, clasped in a bear hug by a stranger, feet dangling. I had been meeting a few fans after a show and it all happened so fast. I laughed awkwardly and asked to be let down, I signed his poster, I smiled and waved,” Shankar recalled in the post.

The musician said she thought and still believes that the man had “no ill intent” and was simply overexcited and thoughtless, but when she narrated the encounter, those around her were shocked and upset.

Days later, the reality has sunk in. Once again, my history of abuse meant I didn’t know how to respond appropriately to someone crossing my boundaries in real time. I centred his hypothetical intent over my lived experience of discomfort. “When this happens feelings of shame, dismay and frustration can arise. How can I still be grappling with these never-ending nuances? I have come so far in this process of healing yet a single moment can show me further wounds still enclosed within. Another layer of childhood’s memories resurfacing and shedding,” she recalled.

Shankar said she shared this to to encourage others in their journey towards healing.

“The path of healing curves and is never linear. If you lost your voice again for a moment, remember you can find it, always, within. The gulf between our bodies, our emotions, and how our minds are able to read them is narrowing with every moment that separates us from our past,” the musician added.

ਜਲੰਧਰ, 25 ਮਈ (ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਬਿਊਰੋ)- ਲਵਲੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਏਕਤਾ, ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ 30 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ 571 ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ। ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਪਹਿਰਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਟੋਪੀਆਂ ਪਹਿਨ ਕੇ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣ, ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ, ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਨੇਪਾਲ, ਅੰਗੋਲਾ, ਨਿਮਬੀਆ, ਕੰਬੋਡੀਆ, ਜ਼ਿੰਬਾਬਵੇ, ਤਨਜ਼ਾਨੀਆ, ਸੁਡਾਨ, ਘਾਨਾ, ਲਾਇਬੇਰੀਆ, ਨਾਈਜੀਰੀਆ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ, ਭੂਟਾਨ, ਘਾਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। ਜਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਜਲੂਸ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ, ਅਤੇ ਲਵਲੀ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਐਂਡ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਪੜਾਅ, ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਤਜਰਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਡਾ. ਅਮਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮੈਂਬਰ (ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ) ਅਤੇ ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਦੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਡਾ. ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅੱਜ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੱਕ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਹਿੰਮਤ, ਲਗਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਤਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਪੱਧਰ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ, ਸਸ਼ਕਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਬਣੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਓ, ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ, ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਘਰ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੋ- ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਕੰਚਨ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇੱਕ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦਾ ਘਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ, ਪਰੰਪਰਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਤੋਂ ਫੈਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਦੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ, ਸਗੋਂ ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੁੱਲਾਂ, ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਵਿਆਪੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਓਗੇ, ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ, ਏਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਮਝ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਬਣੋਗੇ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ-ਵਾਈਸ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਰਾਘਵ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਡੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਡਾ. ਸੋਨਿਕਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ, ਸਟਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ 50 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 3,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਐਲਪੀਯੂ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ 550 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਨੁਭਵਾਂ, ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ, ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਆਦਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Innocent Hearts’ Institutions On the birth anniversary of Innocent Hearts Founder, Late Mrs. Kamlesh Bowry, the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust launched the ‘Kamlesh Vision Program’ under Disha: An Initiative. The program has been dedicated as a tribute to the visionary leadership, compassion, and lifelong commitment of Late Mrs. Kamlesh Bowry towards education and social welfare.

On this occasion, Dr. Rohan Bowry shared that, in collaboration with Innocent Hearts Eye Centre, a pilot program is being launched under which all children across the various branches of schools and colleges will undergo vision screening in the coming months. This initiative will benefit students of all five Innocent Hearts Schools, Innocent Hearts College of Education, and Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, enabling thousands of learners to receive systematic vision screening and awareness support.

Recognizing that healthy vision plays a vital role in a child’s learning and overall development, the program aims to ensure the early identification and management of common eye-related issues. A team of qualified ophthalmologists and optometrists from Innocent Hearts Eye Center ,will conduct comprehensive eye examinations for students within the campus- es. These screenings will help identify refractive errors, squint and eye align- ment disorders, early signs of amblyopia (lazy eye), and digital eye strain. Following the examination, each stu- dent will be provided with a ‘Vision Status Card,’ while parents of students requir- ing further evaluation or treatment will be informed and guided accordingly.

Sharing information about the initiative,representatives of the Trust stated that the ‘Kamlesh Vision Program’ reflects the values of care, sensitivity, and service that Late Mrs. Kamlesh Bowry upheld throughout her life. By promoting preventive eye care and timely inter- vention, the program will support students in realizing their full academic and per- sonal potential. Through this meaningful CSR initia- tive, the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust continues its commit- ment to bringing positive change to society and keep- ing alive the inspiring legacy of Late Mrs. Kamlesh Bowry through initiatives focused on health, well-being, and the holistic development of students.
